What is Your Return Policy?

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (unopened when applicable)
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@kacon.co.za with your order number
  2. Receive a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the return label
  4. Drop off at any courier location
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns. Simply print the label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location. No need to pay for return shipping!

Refund Details

Refunds include:

  • Full product price
  • Original shipping cost (for defective items)

Refunds exclude:

  • Return shipping costs (covered by us)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Are any purchases final sale?

Most of our products are fully returnable within 30 days. However, we do have a small selection of final sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged. We clearly mark these items before you purchase, so there are no surprises.

  • Orders R500 - R1,000: R79 flat rate

Remote Areas: Additional R30-50 may apply for delivery to remote locations
